Refunds are only accepted for custom units and if the product meets all the following conditions listed: has not been worn, hair has not been altered in any form, lace is still intact and hair tag is still attached.

Production time: Ready to ship wigs will take 1-2 business days. Preorder wigs will take 7-25 business days. Hair extensions and lace systems will take 7-15 business days. Wig services will take 1-3 business days.
Shipping time: To Canada, it will take 3-5 business days. To US, it will take 5-7 business days. To other destinations (international), it will take 3-20 business days.
