Refund policy
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at thegalorewigs@gmail.com. We will need the following information: (1) order number, (2) a video or picture of the item in its original condition and (3) information regarding your reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, it is at the buyer's expense to cover the costs of shipping for a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation
Orders placed can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. To start a cancellation request, please contact us via email with your order number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for improper measurement sizes for custom units - please ensure you know your correct head measurements before placing an order.
Exchanges
Exchanges and replacements are not provided.
Refunds
Custom units and ready to ship units are eligible for refunds if it has not been worn, hair is not altered, the lace is still intact and the hair tag is still attached.
Hair extensions and lace systems are final sale.
Online courses and digital products are final sale and are prohibited from being redistributed and resold.
Wig services are final sale.
Items on sale or discounted are deemed as final sale.
