Our custom units take a considerable amount of time to create. Additionally, the materials for our hair extensions and lace systems are hand selected alongside, made to order.

Due to the nature of our products, in order to minimize scams or fraudulent charges, we request certain information to verify your order's authenticity. Galore Wigs will typically last several years with proper maintenance. It is important to note that lace can be replaced periodically to prolong longevity. We offer lace ventilation for minor repairs and full lace replacements.

Hair Life Span:

Raw Chinese and Raw Vietnamese units as well as extensions will last 6 to 8 years.

Raw Cambodian and Light Yaki U-part units as well as extensions will last 6 to 8 years.

Please note that these life spans are not definite as these units and hair extensions can last longer depending on timely maintenances and proper haircare regimens.

Custom unit order inquiries can be sent through the custom wig order form on our website. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours by your preferred method (text or email) regarding your submission with a quote for the final amount. The final amount must be paid in full prior to order production (once invoice is sent). The customer authorization form must be filled out as well.

These units will be personalized to your preference in terms of length, density, colour and style. Additionally, the cap material can be selected in which we use a specialized cap for those experiencing hair loss issues if needed. We kindly ask and recommend that you book a consultation with us so that we can fully understand your needs.

Full production time takes 7-25 business days after order is placed. However, this can change due to the volume of orders received which will be specified. Please allow 3-10+ business days according to your shipping location to receive custom units.

For ready to ship units, it is ready to be sent out after order processing times are completed (1-2 business days). Please allow standard shipping times to your destination.

Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available for those needing their orders sooner. Please contact us and we can arrange this method for you.

Refunds are only provided if a unit is not worn, hair is not altered, the lace is still intact and the hair tag is still attached. Hair extensions and lace products are final sale. Online courses and digital products are final sale and are prohibited to be distributed or resold. Exchanges and replacements are not provided for all products.

These units are specifically designed to be worn glueless due to the adjustable wig band attached and its customized fit. Please adjust the band to your level of comfort and security.

Density refers to the amount of fullness or thickness. Each hair bundle weighs around 100-105 grams.

Our units are 200% density (3 bundles) or 250% density (4 bundles). Bob units are 150%-180% density (1 bundle-2 bundles).

We recommend the following:

10"-12": 1 bundle

14"-16": 2 bundles

18"-28": 3 bundles

Please note that you can always add an extra hair bundle for desired fullness. Additionally, for bob units, we recommend ordering 2" to 4" more and different lengths (ie. 12" and 14") to achieve desired look.

After an order is placed, no changes can be made in terms of length, size or colour. The only changes that will be applied are styling such as parting (middle, left side or right side).

The 4 main measurements needed are circumference, front to nape, ear to ear over the top and nape of neck. Please provide your exact measurements for custom units unless you prefer standard sizes (ie. small, medium and large).
