Shipping policy
Due to the nature of our products, the following policies must be adhered to:
- Billing information must be the same as shipping information. No exceptions.
- A signature is required at delivery to ensure that the package is received.
- A government issued ID and proof of payment card may be requested to verify identity and card authorization. This is to prevent fraudulent charges or claims and the secured information will not be used. After an order is placed, an authorization form must be sent in 24 hours so that production time and/or shipping time can take place (only applicable to ready to ship units, custom wig orders and hair extensions/lace systems). Failure to fill out this form will result in a full refund.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
We offer complimentary shipping for orders placed within Canada and United States.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
Order processing times can take 1-3 business days depending on the payment process.
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
Production time:
- On average, "Ready to Ship" orders usually ship after 1-2 business days.
- Custom unit orders usually ship after 7-25 business days.
- Products such as hair extensions and lace systems ship after 7-15 business days.
Shipping time:
- Canada orders may arrive approximately 3-5 business days after being shipped.
- US orders may arrive approximately 5-7 business days after being shipped.
- International orders may arrive in your country 3-20 business days after being shipped.
- Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available for orders within Canada, US and international. Please contact us so that we can arrange this method for you.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
