Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted for custom units and if the product meets all the following conditions listed: has not been worn, hair has not been altered in any form, lace is still intact and hair tag is still attached.

Hair extensions and lace systems are final sale.

Services and digital products are final sale.

Shipping Info

Order processing time: 1-3 business days.

Production time: Ready to ship wigs will take 1-2 business days. Preorder wigs will take 7-25 business days. Hair extensions and lace systems will take 7-15 business days. Wig services will take 1-3 business days but may be extended due to ordering of supplies (ie. custom colour).

Shipping time: To Canada, it will take 3-5 business days. To US, it will take 5-7 business days. To other destinations (international), it will take 3-20 business days.

Complimentary shipping is provided for Canada & US orders.

Duties and taxes to certain locations are to be covered by the buyer and will be determined at customs if applicable.
